Breezing into town after a decade of having not seeing him, our dear friend Bob Zozobrado surprised us (his former gang) when he called Nelia that he was inviting us for lunch last Saturday upon his arrival from Manila.
Actually, Bob Z. was in town for the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) annual summit held at the Radisson Blu. Bob is the chairman of PATA Philippines and, this time, stayed only in Cebu overnight. Next year, a big happening of PATA will be in Cebu, according to Bob, shortly before he left back to Manila.

The free medical mission in Bantayan was headed by Boy Adequña of Jesus Christi and is being held every year. This mission is sponsored by the generous businessman Wellington Lim, owner of the biggest poultry and piggery farms in Bantayan Island, Cebu.
