CEBU, Philippines - The iconic restaurant that introduced the dim sum dining concept to Cebu is back. It has returned from many years of absence. And the comeback is welcome news to Cebuanos – especially those who grew up during the time when the restaurant ruled supreme in the city’s dining circle.
Yes, Ding How Dim Sum House is back to once again serve up its heirloom recipes that had captivated the gastronomic fancies of generations of Cebuanos. Originally located at the corner of Manalili and Legazpi Streets – and then moved to historic Colon street – the restaurant is now located at the ground floor level of Robinsons Galleria Cebu.
The new Ding How serves the same delicious fares as did the first Ding How that opened in 1969. Classic favorites like its famed Steamed Fried Rice, Pork Trotter, Kuchay Dumplings and more are there, of course, served in the signature trollies. The iconic dim sum house remains to be the good place where to enjoy good food with good company and good conversation.
Ding How is owned and operated by Harbour City Dimsum House Company, Inc. (FREEMAN)
