CEBU, Philippines – The Rodgers and Hammerstein musical “The Sound of Music” is once again set to wow the Cebuano audience. The Colegio de la Inmaculada Concepcion (CIC)–Cebu brings the popular favorite to the live stage, after presenting “The Flower Drum Song” in December last year.
