CEBU, Philippines - Mode de Vie returns this month with a fabulous brand - Arketa, an Israeli marque with a unique style of edgy, chic and whimsical designs for the modern woman. The pop-up store of clothing and intricate accessories is open to the public this weekend, March 20- 22, from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m., at Restaurant Aziza of The Tinderbox, in Banilad.
Arketa was founded in Israel over two years ago with a strong mission of bringing the brand around the world. It focuses on fashion-forward designs and has since expanded to New York, Korea, Holland, Germany, Spain, Shanghai, France - and now the Philippines. The brand introduces a new collection every three weeks, with 40-60 designs in each collection, in order to provide the Arketa woman with a wide range of choices.
Mode de Vie is a series of trunkshows that feature the latest collections of globally recognized local designers and international brands in a three-day lifestyle event. It is produced and curated by Neil Felipp San Pedro, one of the country's most promising industrial designers, and Aziza N. Mondoñedo, jewelry designer and general manager of The Tinder Box. The event is in partnership with Bigseed PR & Events. Updates are available thru @modedevietrunkshow , @arketa official and @arketafashionph. (FREEMAN)
