Top Sellers Get Millions

CEBU, Philippines – An appreciation party was hosted recently by AppleOne Properties, Inc. (API), at the Grand Convention Center. The gathering, which doubled as Chinese New Year celebration, was in recognition of AppleOne sellers and agents' outstanding sales performance in 2014.

During the event, millions in cash were awarded to AppleOne's 2014 top performers.  The top team leaders were Arnold Nolasco and Alvin Cavada,  both from Leuterio Realty & Brokerage. Top producers were Ric and Marissa Inting, from Land Asia Realty & Dev. Corp. (third place); Leyde Francisco of Cebu Globenet Realty (second place); and Anthony Gerard O. Leuterio of Leuterio Realty & Brokerage was the grand slam winner.

Present at the awarding ceremony was Mr. Ferdinand Vargas, Chief Operations Officer of AppleOne Development Corporation (ADC). The event, which opened with a lion and dragon dance, featured lucky charms, games and prizes.
