CEBU, Philippines - The Department of Fine Arts of the Univeristy of San Carlos will hold its 8th Pintal Annual Exhibit and 4th Cristobal B.C. Espina Art Awards on March 14, 6:00 p.m. at the CAP Art Center, Osmeña Boulevard. The exhibit aims to inspire students, especially the Painting majors, to make concepts out of the ordinary things. The theme is open and students may experiment in any medium. Prizes at stake: 1st Place, Php20,000; 2nd place, Php15,000; 3rd place, Php10,000; and Php1,000 each for the five finalists. The exhibit runs from March 11-22.
