The power of three

CEBU, Philippines - Their ideas are powerful enough to claim dominion over the future.

Chris Jasler

"I have always believed that our life is a blank canvas, and we are the artists who put colors on it," Chris Jasler, model-turned-fashion designer, begins. It is evident that he has developed an eye for art in creating men's line, stretching out creative possibilities. Describing his DenimArt collection, he says: "My latest offering is a raw denim repertoire presented in black and silver, as well as bright colors, which I designed specifically for those who want to express themselves through my creations."

Philipp Tampus

The Cebuano fashion designer draws his merits from his strength in construction. Utilizing neutral colors – more often camouflaging natural skin tone – he delivers leather cargo pants, cut in carrot silhouette. Even with his haute couture expertise, he has appealed to a greater number of men through the classic blazers he presented: a no-fail wear-anywhere garment everyone should own.

Don Sevilla III

Always in search of new patterns, Don Sevilla III has invented his own color movement he calls "avian," which has a great potential in setting a new wave of summer hints. While it holds our interest entirely, Sevilla is clever in his choice of silhouettes: The boxy t-shirts are either paired with well-fitted short pants or plain white peg pants. His styling prowess tells us more about his keen eye for details, a quality every customer seeks out first in a designer. (FREEMAN)
