P3 to honor 3 years

CEBU, Philippines - A special treat is up for The Hotel Elizabeth's VIG (Very Important Guest) – that includes you – from this month to December. It's not just a yuletide treat. It's a tribute to clients and partners who have made the hotel a cut above the rest, in its category.

VIGs get the second night of their stay at P3 only. The first night is worth P4,800. This is about a 50-percent cut to a single/double-room accommodation, valid until December 31. Children below 11 years old are free of charge.

After the overwhelming success of Hotel Elizabeth in Baguio as the city's three-time Hotel of the Year, Fersal Hotel Group brought The Hotel Elizabeth to Cebu three years ago so the community here can experience its distinct ambiance and impeccable service emphasized by the catchphrase: an experience on its own!

The events will include a feeding program to benefit 200 children of Barangay Luz, near its location on Archbishop Reyes Avenue, Cebu City.

After the October 15 quake that struck Central Visayas, The Hotel Elizabeth is cleared structurally safe by the Office of Building Officials, Valencia assures. That's why the hotel has found renewed trust among its clients, with a 72% to 73% occupancy rate of the 131 rooms available. Guests are a mix of Europeans (30%), Asians (40%), locals and Americans (the rest of the pie). "It's not a five-star hotel yet but it is treated as a compact five-star. We owe it to our clients. We recognize our VIGs who have given us this honor," Valencia added.

Part of the proceeds of its Royal Run 2013 will be donated to the Cebu City Government for the construction of a new Cebu City Medical Center.
