Condor and Albatross

CEBU, Philippines - Condor was chased by a group of hunters about his troubles while on his way back to Canada, the place where his flock lived.

Many birds were chased by the hunters. Condor stayed with a flock of birds who survived from the hunters. The flock had 60 birds.

Condor’s best friend was Albatross. Albatross was the only bird who helped him in all his troubles. Condor and Albatross met when Albatross swooped down to catch a fish.

As Condor and Albatross flew, a huge fish eagle attacked them but as they swooped down, a number of hunters were shooting them from below. When they arrived in the island of the parrots, they asked for help. The birds of the island told them to get help from the king.

Before the king rescued them, he asked them a few personal questions. Satisfied with their answers, the king quickly ordered his guards to escort Condor and Albatross home. The guards also helped them kill the hunters. After they fought with the hunters, Condor and Albatross went back home and lived happily ever after. (FREEMAN)
