CEBU, Philippines - As an upcoming lifestyle, shopping, recreation and dining destination in the south, Filinvest’s Il Corso is envisioned to bear a refreshed and redefined take in the makings of commercial centers of its class.
Nestled in a 10-hectare expanse in SRP, the development is set to open by 2016, to highlight a laid-back, resort-inspired feel that is a cut above the rest.
With a gross floor area of 55,471 sq mts, the development is part of Filinvest’s thrust in expanding its leasing portfolio on retail commercial centers, with Il Corso slated to feature four cinemas and a diverse range of amusement offerings.
Its Central Piazza stands to be one of Il Corso’s more notable upcoming highlights, with the 1,000-capacity amphitheater envisioned to host a wide range of concerts, events and entertainment activities.
The upcoming commercial-retail hub has also partnered with Robinsons, in offering a strong supermarket and department store anchor that offers a wide range of local and foreign brands
Lantaw Restaurant, another Il Corso highlight, is also slated to open its third branch in the development, with its location promising Lantaw Restaurant guests and visitors a breathtaking view of the sea.
As part of Il Corso’s introductory offering, the third Lantaw resto is expected to open its doors within the last quarters of 2013.
Bearing an overall design directive that is calibrated to complement nature’s natural sense of balance and beauty, Il Corso – as an upcoming lifestyle, shopping, recreation and dining destination in the south – has a lot to offer to Cebu, not just in terms of featured lifestyle destinations, events and activities, but also in the standards of comfort and convenience.
