Peugeot Citroen and Eurobrands Distributors, Inc. has opened its Peugeot Showroom in Ouano Avenue, Mandaue City with a bang. A spectacular fireworks display opened the Peugeot showroom with hundreds of on-lookers enjoying the different fireworks exhibition.
Coming all the way from Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur and Manila were the Peugeot Citroen and Eurobrands VIPs: Automobiles Peugeot Sales Director for Asia Jean Yves Dossal; Automobiles Peugeot General Director for ASEAN Countries, Lionel Faugeres; President of Peugeot Naza Motors Samson Anand George; Regional Sales Manager for ASEAN Countries Ronnie Mercado; and Eurobrands Distributor, Inc. President Feliz Mabilog Jr., and Peugeot Cebu Principal Dealers of Gateway Motors Group, Chairman Martin Goho, President Markane Goho and Executive Vice President Michael Goho. The event was hosted by model and TV personality Georgina Wilson with jazz entertainment by bi-lingual Cebuana songstress Natasha Cang.
Welcome remarks were delivered by Gateway Motors Group Executive Vice President Michael Goho followed by an inspirational speech by Automobiles Peugeot Sales Director for Asia, Jean Yves Dossal.
Other event details of the launch…Pylon reveals under a cluster of blue balloons and the grand fireworks display marked the official opening of the first Peugeot showroom in Cebu. Food and beverage by Laguna Catering. Also on display in the showroom were the latest car models, the RCZ sports car and the 508 SUV.
By the way, Peugeot started in the 1800s as a coffee, salt and pepper grinder manufacturer, which led to umbrella frames, bicycles and eventually the automobile. Today, the name Peugeot is identical with performance and luxury cars. Their high-pressure diesel injection system and micro-hybrid technology makes them a leader in fuel-efficiency and eco-sustainability.
