CEBU, Philippines - welcomed the Year of the Water Snake with a traditional lion/dragon dance ceremony at the Resort Lobby on the Lunar New Year, February 10. The lobby was bedecked with kiat-kiat and ang pao. When all fortune cookies and gold coins were given away, guests were then treated to a luncheon of Chinese fares that were included in the auspicious set menu promotion at the Tea of Spring. It was there where the customary Yee Sang tossing ceremony was performed at each table wherein guests uttered their wishes and hopes for the year. (FREEMAN)
