AppleOne Banawa Heights
“AppleOne Banawa Heights project is unique because it has a conscience.â€
Says AppleOne Properties Inc. executive vice president Yvet Andalis, that in undertaking this project, they have taken into consideration demands from clients for more living spaces fit for those afraid of tremors and its consequences. “As always, we have listened to the concerns and requests of our clients, so we come up with the AppleOne Banawa Heights project which considers those who are afraid of earthquakes,†she said. “Where can you find one in Cebu?â€
“Second, Apple One is dedicating 70 percent of this 2.8-hectare distinctly themed and gated residential subdivision (along Good Shepherd Road) to open spaces. Where can you find one in Cebu? We could have opted to develop more residential homes in this community, but we chose not to. That’s because we have a conscience,†she underlined.
Living up to one of the world’s prominent landmarks – the San Francisco Bay Area’s Pacific Heights, AppleOne Banawa Heights presents a dream-come-true architecture that is fully inspired by the Victorian-themed architecture of the bay residences, designed by Archt. Mike Torres of Archiglobal Inc.
In an audio-video presentation during the project’s grand launch last January 15, it was learned that AppleOne Banawa Heights introduces the first private cluster concept in Cebu which provides residents with privacy and exclusivity. The private cluster concept is a group of stand-alone buildings grouped together – featuring separate entrances and porches, allowing only two-to-five neighbors maximum per floor.
It has three different types of residential homes composed of three 12-storey towers, ten 4-storey villas, and six buildings of 3-storey mansionettes. Each type has its own exclusive entrances, swimming pool, and landscaped gardens.
“After meeting the need for a premier business address with the AppleOne Tower in Cebu Business Park, we now focus to a very basic need in city residential living. The concept is uniquely exclusive and very timely to the growing demands of an ever-changing lifestyle for a city dweller. We are giving the buyers a better alternative to the usual condo living,†Andalis stressed. “There are no long hallways and corridors in our project. No more strangers outside their doors due to the security system that we have put in place for the residents. We paid careful attention to each and every detail of the project. Our project’s distinct features revolutionize the housing experience in Cebu.â€
As for AppleOne Properties Inc. president Ray Go Manigsaca, he pointed out that “it’s high time we have something inspired by San Francisco’s famous residential lifestyle. In the middle of a highly urbanized address right at the heart of the city, we managed to pay careful attention to privacy, exclusivity and affordability, but maintaining the sophisticated features that you can see abroad. The San Francisco dream home is now within anybody’s reach.â€
The grand entrance of AppleOne Banawa Heights has a romantic Victorian design inspiration. Each private cluster entrance leading to the units boasts of a security system that provides residents access control to their abodes. A first of its kind in the city, AppleOne Banawa Heights’ gated subdivision features a keyless access control system that limits access and entrance to residents only.
Keeping up with the modern person’s dream lifestyle, the community layout plan includes pocket parks, a basketball court, gym, boutiques, convenience stores, al fresco cafés, specialty shops, five swimming pools, walkways, jogging trails, and pocket gardens.
According to project consultant Engr. Apollo S. Enriquez of A.S. Enriquez Engineering Consultancy, building of the first tower will commence four months from now, followed by four of the 10 villas, and two of the six mansionettes. He assured delivery of homes would happen 18 to 20 months from now.
AppleOne Properties Inc. has close to 20 years of experience in real estate development and has under its ownership the following companies: Brickwall Construction and Development Corporation, Golden Bee International, Inc.; and Sunsky Development Corporation.
