Appleone expands into residential development

CEBU, Philippines - After successfully-completing AppleOne Tower in Cebu Business Park, AppleOne Properties, Inc. (API) ventures into residential development with its newest project —  AppleOne Banawa Heights, a 2.8-hectare, distinctly themed, gated-residential subdivision along Good Shepherd Road, Banawa, Cebu City.

AppleOne Banawa Heights introduces the first private cluster concept in Cebu.  It offers the best home living alternative to the limited space provisions of condominium setting.  The private cluster concept refers to a group of stand-alone buildings with separate individual entrances and porches.
