ABS-CBN Pito Para Sa Lahat World Boxing Cup Client & Media Presentation

INTOTHE SCENE - Han Kintanar -

ABS-CBN hosted dinner at the ballroom of Marco Polo Plaza Hotel for a client and media presentation last August 2, exactly ten days before the very much awaited World Boxing Cup: Philippines vs Mexico in Sacramento, California. Of course, it was a very well attended gathering despite the fact that it was a last minute decision to hold one due to the hectic schedules of the people concerned.

Heading the list of ABS-CBN “biggies” who were present during the affair were: Senior Vice President for Sales, August Benitez ; Regional Network Group Vice President, Rolando Valdueza; Manila Sales Manager, Ronnie Marino; Regional Network Group Cluster Head for Visayas, Atty. Abigail Querubin; Area Manager for Central Visayas, Tata Cinco-Sy; Studio 23 Cebu Head, Julienne Guanzon; Cebu Finance Officer, Myca Ramos; Marketing and Events for Visayas, Trixie Lopez-Tolentino; TV Patrol’s Atty. Haide Acuña and Rico Lucena. Also very much into the scene were WBO Supervisor Leon Panoncillo and ALA Boxing Gym Promoter and Manager, Samson Gello-ani.

In between the brief yet precise presentation, exciting prizes were raffled-off to the lucky attendees (and I was one of them! I got a pair of boxing gloves signed by no less than Filipino boxing great Manny Pacquiao and Mexican boxer Oscar Larios!). The CEBALO group of Pinoy Dream Academy graduates,  composed of Emman of Iloilo City; Panky Trinidad of Cebu; Yvan of Baguio and Davey of Manila, performed, too, and indeed proved their worth as performing artists.

Here are some photos taken during the event. Enjoy!
