Player Two brings ‘That’s My Baby’tour to Cebu
CEBU, Philippines — PlayerTwo, Davao’s homegrown band that is behind the trending single “That’s My Baby,” will perform live at the Ayala Malls Central Bloc this Friday, April 21, at 6 pm. The live performance at the Activity Center of the Bloc is part of their current “That’s My Baby” tour in key cities around the country.
The quintet is composed of established artists from Davao who were naturally drawn to each other to make music. They were themselves surprised when the catchy hip hop song “That’s My Baby” attained viral success on YouTube when it was released last year. The song also registered over four million views on Spotify. Because of its viral success, PlayerTwo now has a record deal with Warner Music Philippines.
PlayerTwo’s latest single is “Tiktiktokin,” a reference to the sound of the clock. Their previous singles were “HYDF” and “Talk Straight.”
