New P-pop group PLUUS releases mini-album

A refreshing boy group is coming your way to further adorn the latest wave of hot P-Pop sensations of today. Enter SBTown’s new premiere boy group called PLUUS – composed of six incredibly talented gentlemen all locked in to grab everyone’s attention from now on.

PLUUS, in fact, is a combination of two words -- PLUS and US, the reason why it’s double “U”. The double “U” same as “You” gives emphasis to the meaning of “You is the center of our everything.”

To mark their debut, the PLUUS is slated to unveil not just one, not two, but three singles to build up their palpable, dreamy, and remarkably beautiful debut mini-album.

The three tracks will showcase their vocal ability, intense charisma, and super catchy P-Pop sound that they are going for to cement their name as one of the industry’s top-tier boy groups.

To “sum” it all up, get ready to be blown away by PLUUS’ 3.3.3 to - three Songs, three official music videos, in the third month of 2023.

PLUUS, the most-anticipated boy group set to debut this year, is summarizing all their pre-debut preparations in their first ever 3-in-1 showcase (debut stage, media conference, and fan gathering) aptly called: PLUUS +ime is Now.

PLUUS is the newest boy group of Geong Seong Han, popularly known as Tatang Robin, the producer of the biggest boy group in the Philippines, together with Adie Hong, the South Korean trainer of SBTalent Camp. The six-member P-Pop group is being managed by his now established company, SBTown, and is being co-managed by the record label, Universal Records Philippines led by Managing Director Kathleen Dy-Go.

PLUUS made its debut during PLUUS +ime is Now Showcase last March 31st at Power Mac Center Spotlight, Circuit Makati.

This 3-in-1 showcase comes with the addition of exploring the details of their debut mini-album that will be called PLUUS +.Y.M.

About the three songs included in the mini-album:

“My Time”

“My Time” is their story as trainees for four years. It’s all about their struggles and doubts before being an idol. The song gives them courage to move forward, to keep on going and to trust on what they can do. It’s their song declaring that their time has come to show to the world the fruit of their rigorous training and hardships.

“Cross My Heart”

“Cross My Heart” is a tragic love song that is in between letting go and accepting reality. The story focuses on the guy’s frustration due to the girl leaving without any last words. But at the end, the guy found out that the girl died on the day they were supposed to meet.

“Amigo”

The song talks about brotherhood and the goals they want to achieve in the near future. “Amigo” is about their friendship and how solid their relationship is as a six-member group.

Exciting fact: PLUUS played an important part in the process of producing the debut album. They collectively wrote the songs and choreographed the dance for this debut. The music video will also be exclusively released first in the said event ahead of its official release on their YouTube channel. Plus, a bonus performance of a full English R&B song that aims to reach and conquer the global stage. These are all prepared by PLUUS for fans to see and enjoy because as excited as the fans are, all PLUUS members also can’t wait to meet them.

Before debuting, PLUUS went through four years of extensive training and hardships. Admittedly, the boys said that the path to reaching this much was not easy. But with each other by their sides and the solid friendship they have made, their dream seems a lot more reachable for them. And these dreams are just not for themselves; it is also for the people who are with them along the way, and the people who are supporting them.

The boys are excited to be able to perform for their lucky fans in this debut showcase, and even sang an unreleased song – a lovely ballad called “Missing You.”

PLUUS +.Y.M. is now available on digital streaming platforms and the song “Amgio” is part of the P-Pop On The Rise playlist on Spotify.
