Miss Scuba Philippines to be crowned in Lapu-Lapu City

CEBU, Philippines - Miss Scuba Philippines 2014 will be crowned on September 26 in Lapu-Lapu City amidst pomp and pageantry as the country selects a new darling of the oceans, ready to promote marine conservation and scuba diving as a sport.

Twelve finalists from all over the Philippines will vie for this title at the Pacific Cebu Resort managed by SAV Hospitality in Barangay Suba-basbas, Lapu-Lapu City, Mactan. The winner will represent the Philippines in the Miss Scuba International 2014, on November 28 in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.

The current Philippine title holder, Christine Paula Love Bernasor is the reigning first runner up in Miss Scuba International 2013 and is now actively involved in marine conservation and is a strong advocate of safe diving in the country.
