CEBU, Philippines - ABS-CBN’s award-winning fantasy-drama series “Wansapanataym” will present a new magical story for kids and families tonight as it airs its newest month-long special titled “Witch-A-Makulit” starring Miles Ocampo, Inah Estrada, and Alyanna Angeles.

“I’m excited with this new ‘Wansapanataym’ special because it’s my first time to portray a role with super powers,” said Miles, who will give life to the character of Krystal, a young girl who belongs to a family of witches.

“It’s perfect for the whole family because the story of Krystal, Jade (Inah), and Emerald (Alyanna) shares a lot of important values, especially obedience,” she added.

For Inah, the eldest child of Janice de Belen and John Estrada, “Witch-A-Makulit” is very special because it is her first acting stint on TV.

“I'm really nervous about people's expectations because my parents are talented actors. But for now, I am just enjoying the moment and I am very thankful that I was given a chance to give inspiration to young kids,” she said.

Meanwhile, Alyanna considers the new “Wansapanataym” special as a good learning experience for her. “I am very happy to work with Ate Miles and Ate Inah because I learn a lot from them,” said the Kapamilya child star.

Also featured in “Witch-A-Makulit” are Benjie Paras, Malou Crisologo, Wilma Doesnt, Kristel Fulgar, CJ Navato, Jon Lucas, Nina Dolino, and Chienna Filomeno. It is written by Mariami Tanangco-Domingo and directed by Lino Cayetano.

Don’t miss the exciting adventures of  Miles, Inah, and Alyanna in the first episode of their “Wansapanataym” special this Sunday, 6:45 p.m., before “The Voice Kids” in ABS-CBN. (PR)
