CEBU, Philippines - Miss Earth Air 2012 Stephany Stefanowitz mesmerized the crowd when she gave a one-day beauty talk at the Fisher Mall on Quezon City last Dec 14.
Produced by Creworks Asia for Psalmstre, Stefanowitz shared beauty tips, photo opportunities and signed autographs for fans who listened to her at the mall’s activity center. Stefanowitz, current celebrity endorser for New Placenta soap, gave samples of the best-selling Psalmstre products. The stunner also toured the new mall which had its soft opening this month.
Jaime Acosta, President and Chief Executive Officer of Psalmstre Inc., maker of other best-selling New Placenta soap, said that Stefanowitz will share more beauty tips in 2014.
Manhunt International 2014 June Macasaet will also share health and grooming tips for men in 2014 as he goes full blast with the Psalmstre for Men products.
“Stefanowitz and Macasaet truly personify good looks with global appeal. Both are worthy endorsers who have pleasing personalities and promising careers in modelling,†says Acosta.
After the beauty talk, Stefanowitz sat down for lunch with a few entertainment writers, and the chat ranged from beauty tips to movie stars. But of course, her being a beauty queen was one of the favorite topics.
She talked about the 2013 Miss Earth beauty pageant staged in Alabang, Muntinlupa recently over tempura, chicken, soup and maki dishes. Stefanowitz raved about the reigning Miss Earth Alyz Henrich of Venezuela who incidentally was been chosen as Miss New Placenta by Psalmstre during pre-pageant activities for the environment-driven contest.
“Ang galing-galing niya maglakad. From the start, I could not keep my eyes off her. Ang ganda niya,†says Stefanowitz.
Stefanowitz believes that she’s one of the most traveled Miss Earth Air winners with trips in some parts of Asia and the rest of the world. She recalled her trip to Ghana where she crowned the country’s representative to the Miss Earth contest.
“Medyo natakot ako noong una kasi nung dumating ako sa airport, wala man lang sumundo sa akin. So I called the Philippine office to inform them about the situation. I was finally told that a woman will fetch me. Then later may dumating na dalawang muscled black guys. They asked me kung ako raw si Stephany Stefanowitz. I answered yes. Then sabi nila I should go with them.â€
“Of course, hindi ako sumama kasi sabi sa akin babae raw ang escort ko. Later, dumating na yung female escort ko and she apologized. I waited for almost one hour. Yun lang naman ang naging problem, but the rest of my trip to Ghana, one week ako doon, and ok naman,†she narrated.
Many have been asking Stefanowitz if she will pursue a career in show business. Obviously she has the face, figure and charisma. She can be a lead star in any movie or even a TV series. But she was not eager at the idea.
“Actually, hindi ko alam pero parang hindi na yata. Mas gusto kong maging TV host na lang and commercial pero not with movies or telenovela,†she says.
But her ultimate dream is to start a business with her own clothing line. “Yun talaga ang dream ko and perhaps in 2014 I’ll be starting my own clothing line. So far, wala pang name but I’m planning to call it Stephany.â€
Asked about her marriage plans, Stefanowitz says it’s still not on her priority list at the moment despite having a good-looking boyfriend. “No plans yet. I’m still working,†she answers with a smile, adding that 2014 will be a busy year for her. (FREEMAN)
