“After 40 Years” in Wagas

CEBU, Philippines - GMA News TV’s Wagas: Mga Totoong Kuwento ng Pag-ibig presents another heartwarming episode that proves love is ageless and is more powerful than time.

Featuring veteran artists Nova Villa and Buboy Garovillo together with Kapuso homegrown stars Mike Tan and Ynna Asistio as well as young actor BJ Forbes, Wagas unveils the unforgettable love story of two teenagers who meet again four decades later and find themselves still in love with each other.

Aptly titled “After 40 Years,” the episode tells the story of teenagers Orly (Mike Tan) and Amy (Ynna Asistio) who met and fell in love one summer in a province.  But their young romance ended soon when Amy was forced to marry another man.  The ill-fated lovers lived their own lives and had the family of their own.  Forty years later, fate leads Orly (Buboy Garovillo) and Amy (Nova Villa) to meet once more and rekindle their love.
