Carla Abellana, Mikael Daez to represent GMA Network in Cambodia Broadcasting Service’s 10th Anniversary

CEBU, Philippines - GMA Network’s top artists Carla Abellana and Mikael Daez have been invited to grace Cambodia Broadcasting Service’s (CTN) 10th Anniversary celebration from March 7 to March 10.

Carla and Mikael left for Cambodia as the Kapuso Network’s representatives for a series of events in the country. Carla will co-host a segment in CTN’s grand concert while Mikael will perform a song number today, March 8.  Carla and Mikael’s Cambodian fans will also have a chance to meet and greet the two celebrities in their grand fans day after the concert.

Carla has appeared in Losing Heaven (Kung Aagawin Mo Ang Langit) while Mikael in Amaya & My Beloved.

CTN has been a great partner of GMA Network and its subsidiary GMA Worldwide since 2008 (GWI, the content acquisition and distribution arm of GMA). GMA dramas like Marimar, Dyesebel and Impostora have a huge following in this territory.  Impostora is the first Filipino drama licensed as a format and CTN is proud to be airing its own version of this GMA drama since January this year.

For 2013, GMA and CTN are gearing up for more collaboration including the broadcast of titles Dangerous Love (Ang Babaeng Hinugot sa Aking Tadyang), Forbidden Love (Kasalanan Bang Ibigin Ka?), Together Again (Makapiling Kang Muli) and Luna Blanca are already in the works and promise another great year for GMA and CTN.
