2GO strengthens Vismin presence with new routes

CEBU, Philippines —  Logistics and passenger transport provider, 2GO, is strengthening its presence in the Visayas and Mindanao regions by introducing new routes to Cebu.

These expansions are set to meet the rising demand for seamless travel and trade solutions while reinforcing Cebu’s strategic importance as a key hub for Central Visayas.

In 2024, 2GO transported nearly 160,000 passengers through the Cebu City port, reflecting the city’s crucial role in sea travel and inter-island commerce.

This year, the company aims to further enhance regional connectivity by strategically expanding its services in Cebu and launching new ports of call in Davao City and General Santos City. These additions will boost tourism and facilitate commuter trade across these vital destinations.

The newly optimized route will connect General Santos (GES) and Davao (DVO) to Cebu (CEB) before heading to Manila.

This strategic connection provides Southern Mindanao travelers with a more convenient and trade-friendly alternative to traditional land and air travel.
