AppleOne on 7th spot in Leechiu’s market report

CEBU, Philippines — Cebu-based property developer AppleOne Group further strengthened its position as a rising force in real estate industry, surpassing several well-established names, after being recognized as the 7th leading developer by pipeline keys in the latest Philippine Property Market Report released by Leechiu Property Consultants, Inc.

The company is expected to deliver 1,063 keys as part of the 40,084 new hotel keys projected to be added to the market inventory over the next six to seven years.
