CEBU, Philippines — Noting the rising middle class and affluent market in Cebu, Singapore-based hospitality powerhouse the Banyan Group, has tapped the Cebuano market for its debut luxury residential project in the Philippines.

The Group is working with New York-based real estate firm Nest Seekers International to introduce the ultra-luxury Banyan Tree Manila Bay project to the Cebuano market.

“Cebu’s high-end market has shown tremendous growth, and we believe Banyan Tree Manila Bay will resonate with Cebu’s discerning clientele,” said Global Investment Strategist, Donna Vicedo-Racho during the recently concluded exclusive pre-view of the project with the Cebu-based property brokers and potential buyers.

In his speech, Regalado also hinted at the Group’s plan to expand in the Philippines, which goes beyond hotel and resort developments.

Banyan Tree, globally renowned for its commitment to luxury and sustainability, is founded by billionaire Ho Kwon Ping. The Manila Bay property is its first entry into the Philippine market.

The brokers’ event in Cebu showcased Banyan Tree Manila Bay’s ultra-luxurious offerings, cementing its reputation as the pinnacle of luxury in the Philippines.

The luxury hospitality brand’s debut venture in the country figures to be one of the premier luxury real estate developments in the Philippines. With its commitment to local craftsmanship and eco-friendly practices, the residence promises to be a model of responsible development that supports local communities and ecosystems while still offering world-class features and amenities.

The Banyan Tree Manila Bay, which will be completed in two phases, promises to elevate the standards of luxury living and hospitality in the region.

Phase one development is targeted for completion by the first quarter of 2028

Situated on scenic New Seaside Drive in Parañaque City, Banyan Tree Manila Bay is poised to become a beacon of luxury, heritage, and sustainability.

This expansive project spans 20,000 square meters and includes a hotel, residences, and a retail component, marking Banyan Tree’s debut in the Philippines and expanding its presence in Southeast Asia.

The hotel will feature an exquisite selection of rooms and suites designed for discerning travelers.

The three-tower Banyan Tree Residences Manila Bay will offer ultra-luxury units with panoramic views of Manila Bay and the city skyline.

It will include two penthouse units (900 square meters each), four bi-level units (700 square meters), 38 prime units (400 square meters), and 199 2- and 3-bedroom units (ranging from 140 to 260 square meters). Each unit is meticulously designed to provide the ultimate in luxury living.
