CEBU, Philippines — Shang Properties, Inc., (SPI) builds over a thousand luxury residential condominiums, along the tree-lined neighborhood of Bauhinia Drive in the Banilad area of Cebu City.
Called the Shang Bauhinia Residences, the ultra-upscale 52-story vertical village is expected to be completed by the second half of 2031.

Shang Bauhinia Residences’ unit price starts at P10 million.
