Online job portal forges ties with LGBT business group

PLCC is a pioneering organization dedicated to the economic empowerment of the LGBTQ+ in the Philippines.

Hirers can also maximize free job postings through Lite Ads as well as a custom link that features job opportunities exclusively from PLCC member companies.

Jobstreet by SEEK will offer free onboarding training and industry reports to associated hirers.

According to Jobstreet by SEEK managing director for the Philippines Dannah Majarocon, this initiative also serves as a way to commemorate “Pride Month”, encouraging a more welcoming environment for all job seekers regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, attracting a more diverse talent pool.

Majarocon added that the campaign tries to raise awareness that inclusive workplaces carry long-term benefits including higher employee satisfaction, retention rates, and overall productivity.
