CEBU, Philippines —  Feng shui master Marites Allen advised people to put money in real estate, silver and gold investments amid these uncertain times.

Allen, a Filipina feng shui master based in London, United Kingdom, said in a recent zoom briefing that the year of the Metal Ox brings forth fortune and good returns in these type of investments, considering that real estate, silver and gold are few of the solid investments that sustained stability despite uncertainties.

“If you have extra money put it in property investments,” she said.

In Feng Shui belief, real estate belongs to the earth industry, and for 2021’s year of Metal Ox, this industry is seen to have favorable energy stride.

Both buyers and sellers in real estate will supposedly experience a good year, unless business is played unrightfully.  In Chinese astrology, breaking the alignment of good karma (meaning clean business) could reverse the rhythm of prosperity.

Likewise, money is also expected to grow if put in gold and silver, as these are stable investments whose value is not largely influenced by outside disruptions.

Allen, who had been conducting forecast in Cebu and other parts of the Philippines in the past years, held her 2021 briefing, recently streamed live online, from London where she is currently based.

The event dubbed “Thrive, Not Just Strive, in the Year of the Metal Ox” was co-hosted by celebrity talk show host Boy Abunda and drew audience from all over the world, including the elite community in the Philippines.

In this uncertain times and health crisis, Allen advised everyone to practice a sound balanced lifestyle and only associate with people with positive energies.

“I see the coming year as a period for welcoming and adapting to change and of having renewed vigor and confidence that things will be better,” she added.

Feng shui is an ancient art and science that was developed over 3,000 years ago in China.
