The Automobile Association Philippines (AAP), together with the Federation Internationale de L’Automobile (FIA) is conducting a Motorsport Development Program, which is a grassroots training platform designed specifically for young drivers who dream of entering the field of motorsports and of becoming successful race car drivers. The Program aims to prepare young driving enthusiasts who are aged 16 to19 years old, are physically fit, and possess a ”champion’s attitude,” by honing their skills and talents and by imbibing in them the discipline needed for motorsports, particularly race car driving.
Participants of the Program will have the unique opportunity to be trained by ten-time National Rally Champion, Vip Isada and his team of Champion Drivers.
To make the program easy to understand, it is separated into different modules:
Module 1 – Race Skills
Module 2 – The Racing Mind
Module 3 – Race Safe
Module 4 – Vehicle Dynamics
Module 5 – Race Car Prep
Module 6 – Car Handling
Module 7 – Race Craft
Module 8 – Fit to Race
Module 9 – Race Show
They will be bringing this unique program to Cebu this coming October 1 and 2, and it will be held at Kartzone in Panagdait.
