CEBU, Philippines - A training and consulting company intends to orient business executives in a two-day workshop with the latest concepts when dealing with market uncertainty and risks and techniques on developing a strategy execution plan to achieve organizational success.
MasterClass, the public training arm of AGF Consulting Group, will conduct a planning workshop dubbed “Strategic Planning: The Five Building Blocks to Excellence†on October 23 to 24 at Quest Hotel and Convention Center from 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
Topics to be tackled include basics and key issues in strategic execution, organizational culture, managing people, managing risks and uncertainty, issues organization’s business leaders need to address, making the strategic plan and case analysis in strategic execution leadership.
According to AGF Consulting Group, the workshop shall introduce new concepts and tools such as scenario planning, real options reasoning, environmental scanning and other managerial concepts that could assist firms when dealing with upheaval and changes in the market.
