Tigerair offers over-the-counter ticket payment

CEBU, Philippines - Good things just got better with Tigerair Philippines (TAP) signing up with Cashsense Inc., an over-the-counter payment facility which allows online customers to book their flights online but pay in cash via 7-11 convenience stores or M Lhuillier outlets nationwide.

“We realize that our customers may not be comfortable paying online due to safety reasons, or they may not have credit cards. This is why we decided to provide this service to our customers,” says Olive Ramos, President and CEO of TAP.

Upon booking online via www.tigerair.com, the customer is given four avenues to facilitate their booking: through outright payment via credit card, through any Triple Star Travel agency office,  any 7-11 branch or M Lhuillier outlet. Upon booking online, the customer will receive a booking reservation code which will be presented to either 7-11 or M Lhuillier to facilitate the cash payment.

“7-11 has more than 780 branches nationwide while M Lhuillier has more than 1,600 outlets throughout the country, giving Tigerair passengers more than 2,380 ways to fly with us. This is an example of the seamless customer experience and comfort that we aim to offer our passengers,” Ms. Ramos says.  “That’s 2,380 reasons why it’s easier to fly with Tigerair.”

Tigerair Philippines aim to provide their guests with a seamless travel process and minimal delays so you don’t have to be stressed as you travel. As a company, it believes in bringing customers the best value for money through customer- friendly, high-quality service and excellent standards of safety, security, and reliability.
