CEBU, Philippines - Quest Hotel & Conference Cebu received the TripAdvisor Service Excellence Award 2013.
TripAdvisor is the leading travel review site used worldwide with business listing ranging from hotels, inns and restaurants.
The award recognizes service excellence provided by establishments that consistently achieve outstanding travel reviews on the website. It is given to the top 10 percent of businesses worldwide listed on TripAdvisor.
Criteria for the award include outstanding reviews with score of four and five along with the volume of traveller reviews within the year.
