PrimeHomes invests P200M on Luana project in the south

CEBU, Philippines - Along with other property developers penetrating the real estate market in the southern part of Cebu, PrimeHomes Development Corporation joins in with its P200 million flagship project in the South named as Luana.

Last Saturday, the home-grown developer had its groundbreaking ceremony for its third property development in Cebu and its first project in the southern part of the province.

PrimeHomes Development Corporation president and chief executive officer Benedict Que said that given the anticipated boom in the South with the South Road Properties development, Luana boasts of its strategic location that is 50 meters from the highway, allowing homeowners to travel to the city in a short time.

Luana, a Hawaiian term for enjoyment and relaxation, is a tropical-inspired modern living residential project that sits in a 1.5-hectare property in Calajoan, Minglanilla.

“Everybody seems to be very happy with the project. We have been eyeing Minglanilla for the past two years and the local government unit here has been very supportive to us,” Que said.

He added that the latest project is the manifestation of the company’s commitment to grow with the company together.

Luana is composed of single detached, single attached or duplex and townhouses that vary from 60 to 120 square meters in lot area and 60 to 87 square meters in floor area. Prices of units also range from P1.8 million to P3.5 million. Out of the 110 total number of units, 56 units or fifty percent are townhouses.

Que further noted that PrimeHomes Development Corporation boasts of the investment-worthy amenities of each of its project as the company’s competitive edge in the growing market.

Amenities in Luana include wide open spaces, lap and kiddie pool, clubhouse, gym, basketball court, multipurpose hall, meditation garden and cabanas.

Que said that the company hopes to have all the units sold out in a year and targets to finish the project within two to three years.

He then revealed that the market could expect more projects to be launched by PrimeHomes Development Corporation within this year.

Luana is the third project following the two successful projects of the company, the Henaville and the Vitracci.

Henaville is the first project of PrimeHomes Development Corporation and the first mass-housing development in the area. It is a three-hectare housing community with over 300 units and is located at Barangay Estaca, Compostela.

The second development of the company is the Vitracci, a pocket-sized subdivision for 40 homeowners.  (FREEMAN)
