CEBU, Philippines - Ariva Events Management, Inc. - Cebu lays out its learning sessions for the month of July that his highlighted on topics of strategies on better performance, management of change, human resource laws and labor relations for the benefit of the Cebu business community.
The events management company will conduct its morning and afternoon sessions of its strategy and leadership series at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino on July 25 and 26.
The July 25 schedule will focus on seminars in “Managing Work Attitude and Values Enhancement for Better Performance†and “Empowering People for Change: Leadership and Management of Changeâ€.
The first session aims to discuss the key elements to higher performance and better understanding of employee behavior while the latter intends to tackle on outlining strategies about change and establishment of corporate culture.
Meanwhile, scheduled seminars on July 26 will include “The Essentials of HR Law†in the morning and “Latest Jurisprudence on Labor Relations" in the afternoon.
The morning session is meant to help the participants make a strategic plan in the cost-efficient and legal utilization of outsourced manpower, adopt a viable and practical rightsizing plan, and avoid costly lawsuits in terminations due to just or authorized causes among other HR-related issues.
The later half-day learning session, on the other hand, will talk about the latest trends and implications in labor jurisprudence and the importance of case law in the decisions of the organization.
