CEBU, Philippines - Primary Homes Inc. (PHI) recently launched its second residential project in Talisay, Cebu that is inspired from the anticipated boom on the southern part of Cebu with the projected development of the South Road Properties in the years ahead.
The developer is also allocating P700 million for its five middle-to-upper class project developments that would contribute to an additional of 600 units to the Cebu real estate market.
Last Thursday, PHI formally introduced the model units of South Glendale that sits on a 2.5-hectare area in San Isidro, Talisay City.
The P200-million residential development is the second project of the company in the city following in Pooc, Talisay following Puerto del Sol in Barangay Pooc that was launched six years ago.
PHI vice president for sales and marketing Ramero Espina said that the strategic location of its newest project makes it accessible for homeowners to the Cebu South Road and emerging metropolis through the South Road Properties.
“The company’s expansion program has positioned this subdivision for the upcoming realization of the expected boom of the South Road Properties two to three years from now,†he said, expressing PHI’s optimism to deliver the units to the buyers in 18 months.
South Glendale will house a total of 54 American-themed, two-storey units that are priced from P3.5 to P10 million.
It is a combination of single-detached units and townhouses, ranging from 86 to 190 square meters in terms of floor area.
To date, South Glendale is 55-percent sold since the company began its pre-selling period in the last quarter of 2012.
Espina further revealed that by next month, PHI shall launch the expansion of its Colorado Homes project in Liloan that will house more than 300 units.
He added that the company will also introduce a 130-unit condominium development, the Banawa Courtyards, in the last quarter of this year. — (FREEMAN)
