CEB increases flights to Hong Kong, Boracay this May
CEBU, Philippines - The Philippines’ largest national flag carrier, Cebu Pacific (PSE:CEB) adds flights to select domestic and international destinations this May, due to popular demand this summer season.
CEB mounts up to four additional weekly flights between Manila and Kalibo, and re-introduces a daily Kalibo-Cebu service, to better accommodate guests using Kalibo as the gateway to world-renowned Boracay Island.
Those bound for Hong Kong can also take advantage of five more flights from Manila starting May 9, an increase from 54 to 59 weekly flights. Aside from Manila, CEB flies direct to Hong Kong from Cebu, Clark and Iloilo.
Meanwhile, starting May 7, guests can maximize their summer vacation with additional flights to the following destinations: Bacolod and Iloilo (daily), Cotabato and General Santos (4 times weekly), Davao (thrice weekly) and San Jose (one weekly).
“We hope these additional flights will allow even more tourists and guests to have fun during their vacations and visits home. Cebu Pacific will continue to make destinations that can drive tourism growth, accessible with its extensive network, modern aircraft fleet and trademark lowest fares,†CEB VP for Marketing and Distribution Candice Iyog.
CEB is also slated to launch flights from Cebu to Masbate (June 1, 2013) and Taipei (July 5, 2013), as well as the airline’s first long haul flights from Manila to Dubai (October 7, 2013).
