Fire Officer 3 Elmer Ababa of the Caloocan City Fire Department said that about 100 families on P. Zamora Street and Doña Rita Street in Barangay 19 were affected by the blaze.
Arson investigators placed the damage caused by the blaze at P3 million. No one was reported hurt.
The fire reportedly started at the house of the Fuentes family at about 9:10 p.m.
The blaze quickly spread to nearby houses.
