[Title] => A salute to Chief Justice Hilario Davide Jr.
[Summary] => Today is a very important day for Supreme Court Chief Justice Hilario Davide, Jr. as it is the day he begins his retirement from public life. After all that is said and done, let me say that we're proud to have personally known Chief Justice Davide, Jr. as a man of proven probity and integrity, whose name can stand proud in the halls of famous Cebuanos, untainted and untarnished at a time when graft and corruption seemed to be the rule rather than the exception.
