SAN FRANCISCO – The rest of the US may still be wondering if an economic recovery is indeed happening but in San Francisco, thanks to the growth of tech companies, things seem to be bouncing back.

The decision to send the two young Americans to work with the Tboli people was reached after prayer and discussion with SIL Philippines director Dick Roe. Little did anyone know that the two would be launching one of the most productive language programs in the history of SIL Philippines.
