Victim Dwight David Babia, single, of 15 West Riverside, San Francisco Del Monte, was found hanging from the ceiling in his bathroom with a blanket tied around his neck as a noose.

Police sources said that Babia might have killed himself because he had been "financially and emotionally" depressed for over a year now. A suicide note was discovered near the victim’s body.
