In a memorandum, Echiverri directed Vice Mayor Luis "Tito" Varela, all city councilors and all department heads and officers-in-charge to ban in their respective offices the playing of all kinds of computer games.

"In the exigency of service, all computer games are hereby prohibited in all departments/offices, effective immediately," he said.
