Rockwell Land Cop. (Rockwell) recently signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with Sta. Elena Properties, Inc. to develop the prime land within the prestigious 260-hectares Sta. Elena golf course community in Sta. Rosa. Laguna.


The new township development is Rockwell’s first of many projects lined up, as it breaks out of its 15-hectare pioneering project in Makati, known as Rockwell Center.

"Rockwell at Sta. Elena is synergy at work," said Rockwell president Tong Padilla.
