The AES Philippines’ Community-Based Livelihood and Skills Training Center recently produced its first batch of graduates and  awarded them with Technical Educational and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) certificates, as they successfully passed the two-month training on Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW).
