Senior Fire Officer 1 Douglas Modomo, arson investigator, identified the fatality as Ginna Dehomo, who lived in one of the houses destroyed by the blaze at the PNR Site in Barangay Western Bicutan at around 12:43 a.m.

Modomo said Dehomo could not run fast enough through the narrow passageways of the house. Dehomo’s charred body was recovered after the fire was contained at around 2 a.m.
