[Title] => Cebu City jail warden axed
[Summary] => CEBU CITY For the ninth time, the Bagong Buhay Rehabilitation Centers warden has been changed, in what acting Mayor Michael Rama described as a "comedy of errors."
Superintendent Nestor Velasquez took over as BBRC warden Saturday morning, more than 24 hours after three inmates walked away from their sleeping guards.
Velasquez replaced Gledo Baroro who was relieved for lapses or laxity in custodial management, the same reason why his seven predecessors also got the ax.
