MANILA, Philippines - PLDT Subic Telecommunications Co. (PLDT SubicTel) is now offering prepaid wireless landline or the PLDT Landline Plus (PLP) at the Subic Bay Freeport Zone as it moves to strengthen and improve the communication infrastructure in the area.
