The Philippine Commission on Sports Scuba Diving is holding a Dive Congress today at the PTA Clamshell, Intramuros.

During its session the other day the council passed a resolution requesting the Philippine Commission on Sports Scuba Diving, through associate secretary Cynthia Carreon, to conduct an underwater survey at the said reef.
