MANILA, Philippines (Xinhua) - Thirty-three Filipino seamen have been seized by pirates off Somalia on two separate hijacking incidents this week, the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs said today, bringing to 103 the total number of Filipino seafarers being held by pirates in the troubled East African waters.
