WITHOUT WARNING. Many motorists going home after “Sabado Night” were enraged when a road was closed without warning, forcing them to make illegal U-turns along Archbishop Reyes Ave. when they saw that the right lane beside the flyover was closed and the road blocked by a truck used at a nearby construction site.
