Given the tug-of-war for the sanctity of the votes from Bogo, people may be deluded into thinking that that is where the hung jury must be shaken in order to resolve the question of who really is going to represent the fourth district in the House of Representatives.

Calderon alleged that these armed men were hired by political opponents and had already started harassing some residents of the town''s barangays.
